PART 1: THE PROCESS
HOW TO ACCESS THE LOUNGE

1. BECOME A MEMBER

Choose the membership tier that fits best. Once you sign up online, you will receive a welcome email with your unique Member ID and instructions to download the necessary apps.

2. DOWNLOAD TRACKMAN APP

This is your passport to the facility. Download the Trackman Golf app and create your profile. This app tracks your handicap, stores your swing data, and allows you to log in to our simulators instantly

3. BOOK YOUR BAY

Reserve your bay through the Elite Golf website or use the Trackman app. Members can book up to 14 days in advance.

Note: You will receive a unique Digital Access Code via email/text 30 minutes before your scheduled session.

4. UNLOCK & ENTER

When you arrive at the lounge, enter your Digital Access Code at the main door keypad to unlock the facility. The lounge is monitored 24/7 for your safety.

Tip: Your code is valid 15 minutes before your session starts so you can arrive early to stretch or warm up.

5. SCAN & PLAY

Walk into your reserved private bay. Use our one touch system to power on the projector, Trackman, and computer. You will see a QR code on the massive impact screen. Open your Trackman app, tap "Quick Login", and scan the QR code.

PART 2: THE TECHNOLOGY
POWERED BY TRACKMAN iO

We didn't cut corners. Elite Golf is powered exclusively by the Trackman iO, the first launch monitor purpose-built for indoor golf. Unlike older systems that struggle with short indoor ball flights, the iO uses Optically Enhanced Radar Tracking (OERT).

Radar + Infrared + Camera

The iO combines high-speed cameras (4,600 fps) with radar to capture every detail of your swing, from club path to face angle.

No "minimum flight' issues

Traditional radar needs 10+ feet of ball flight to be accurate. The iO captures spin and speed instantly at impact, meaning your data is perfect even in our private bays.

Many simulators "guess" your spin rate based on club speed. Trackman iO measures the actual 3D spin of the golf ball, ensuring your draw, fade, or slice is exactly what you hit.

PART 3: THE SOFTWARE
EXPERIENCE VIRTUAL GOLF 3

You aren't just hitting into a net; you are stepping onto the tee box. Our simulators run Virtual Golf 3 (VG3), the industry’s most advanced graphics engine.

LiDAR Scanned Courses:

Every slope, bunker, and green undulation is laser-scanned from the real world. When you play St Andrews or Pebble Beach, you are playing the actual course to within inches of accuracy.

Dynamic Atmospherics:

The lighting shifts as you play. Watch the morning fog burn off as you make the turn, or enjoy a sunset round at Valderrama. The wind affects the trees, the water ripples, and the clouds move in real-time.

The Library

300+ Iconic Courses: Play the majors. Our library includes Royal Troon, Valhalla, Pebble Beach, and hundreds more, with new courses added monthly.

Games for Everyone: Bringing the kids? Switch to "Magic Pond" or "Streets of Neon" for arcade-style games that make hitting the ball fun for beginners.
